The premiere took place at Sauce Buckhead, Atlanta, and drew an enthusiastic crowd of music lovers, industry insiders, and cultural tastemakers. Co-hosted by reality TV icons Yandy Smith (Love & Hip Hop: New York) and London “Deelishis” Charles (Flavor of Love), the night marked the second major activation in Ashwin’s ambitious multimedia rollout for Flip Dat.

Flip Dat — featuring Babyface Ray — is a cinematic noir short film disguised as a music video. The story follows Inspector Gane, a mysterious detective on the trail of a mysterious “flipper” wreaking havoc on relationships. Shot in Detroit with a full production crew, the video reached #1 on the UK Music Week Black Music Chart and crossed 1 million views in under 48 hours of release.
